Mexedrone

mexedrone  is a stimulant medication of the cathinone class that has been sold online as an architect drug.[1][2] It is the alpha-methoxy subsidiary of Mephedrone.

Pharmacology

Mexedrone goes about as a feeble serotonin–norepinephrine–dopamine reuptake inhibitor (SNDRI) with IC50 estimations of 5289 nM, 8869 nM and 6844 nM, separately, and also a powerless serotonin discharging specialist (SRA) with an EC50 estimation of 2525 nM.[3]

Mexedrone is illicit in Sweden starting at 26. January 2016[4] and also Japan starting at 24. August 2016.[5]
